Eligibility for Preorders

Preorders are available for selected items only. You will be able to identify preorder items by their specific preorder tags or labels on the product page.

Preorders are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantity per customer to ensure fairness.

How Preordering Works

Placing a Preorder: To place a preorder, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide payment information at the time of preorder placement.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of preorder. For certain items, partial payments may be offered—this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping/Availability Date: The estimated ship date for preorders will be listed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate and is subject to change based on availability from our suppliers.

Shipping & Delivery

Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

If your preorder contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship the items separately. Shipping fees may apply for each shipment.

Delivery times for preorders may vary based on the item and shipping method selected.

Changes to Preorders

If you wish to change or cancel your preorder, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed and is in the shipping queue.

In the case of stock or availability issues, we may notify you of any delays or changes to your preorder.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your preorder before shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return and exchange policy applies.

Preorder Item Pricing

Preorder items are often priced in advance, but prices may be subject to change depending on supplier costs or other factors. In the event of a price change, we will notify you before shipping your order.

Damaged or Defective Preorder Items

If you receive a damaged or defective preorder item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt for a return, exchange, or refund.

While we make every effort to fulfill all preorders in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or supply chain disruptions, may affect the availability and delivery of your item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, shipping carrier issues, or customs delays.
