Our shipping partner (AusPost) calculate shipping costs based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of a package. The heavier your package, the more it costs to ship. To maintain the accuracy of our pricing, we align our shipping fees with the rates provided by these trusted carriers.

We want to be completely transparent about shipping costs so you can make informed decisions while shopping. By using weight-based pricing, we avoid hidden fees and unexpected charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

 

International Shipping

Prices vary and will be in checkout basket. Item will be shipped as soon as it available in store however please allow for up to 30 days for the item to arrive depending on your location.

Method

We use Australia Post eParcel for all of our deliveries. The delivery times can vary from 2 days to 7, but in most cases you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.

Please note that if you order multiple items that include a pre-order then all items will be held until the pre-order arrives and then sent as one item. If you would like the in stock items immediately please complete two separate purchases. If the item is click and collect this does not apply and the in stock goods can be collected immediately.
